# Support for NPM Trusted Publishing?

Following up on this discussion, [NPM trusted publishing with OIDC](https://forum.buildkite.community/t/npm-trusted-publishing-with-oidc/4543) is there any new news on Trusted Publishing support?

Hey Andrew,

We’re tracking this internally, but it’s not currently committed on our public roadmap and we don’t have a timeline to share yet. Supporting npm Trusted Publishing would require Buildkite-issued OIDC tokens to meet npm’s Trusted Publishing requirements, and for Buildkite to be recognized by npm as a trusted CI/CD provider.  
We’ll share updates if this moves forward.
