Integration with Gogs/Gitea/Forgejo

I’ve been migrating some of my projects from GitHub to Forgejo, and I would very much like to be able to continue using Buildkite with the full flexibility offered by the GitHub integration (triggering on pushes to branches/tags, PRs, etc).

There is an existing open request for Gitea integration, but as it has been sat since 2019 I wanted to call some attention to it: Gitea Integration
