Ability to find builds between a commit range or between a range of meta-data

Hello,

Often we want to filter builds between a specific range of commits or meta-data values but we are currently unable to do so via the API or url parameters. It would be a big win for us, as the current work around is to create a new build since we aren’t able to search effectively.
