Same way that artifact_paths uploads artifacts at the end of a command, I’d love to have artifact_download_paths to download them as a pre-command.
Essentially, adopt the functionality provided by the plugin here into the core: https://github.com/buildkite-plugins/artifacts-buildkite-plugin
