When marking a flaky test as resolved, its possible to get false positives on jobs that are running in an outdated branch state. It might be nice to be able to note the commit where the test was fixed, and either that to be noted in the flaky test detail, or better yet something like “this was marked as resolved in a commit that is missing from this branch”
