Elevated exit code 125 on aws tack 6.5.0

Im getting elevated 125 exit codes

ERRO[0112] error waiting for container: unexpected EOF

2023-09-12 16:46:54 AEST Error: The command exited with status 125.

Instance types used on different queues:
m6i
m6id
t3a

any guess what might be causing this.
On previous stack 5.21.0 it was not happening at all.
