UI View displaying permanently waiting jobs

When using agent-targeting for steps, it’s possible to use targeting that doesn’t match any agents, and will wait potentially forever. It would be really useful to have some kind of UI to see these waiting jobs so that we can either:

  1. Cancel the build, since agent targeting may be invalid

  2. Fix the agent tags, since they may be incorrect

Hi @ccarpita-butterfly, I agree that this would be very useful; adding more context for why something is waiting is something I’d love for us to add. I’ll flag this for consideration in the near future!
